I Like.. The presentation

This is my selfportrait from wednesday, 10minutes before I needed to go to Uni, to keep my first presentation in french(!!!!!). Even the picture is not good quality, my hair is weird etc, it tells feelings. I was scared, angry and again, scared. I hate public speaking, I hate to stand in front of the people.

I have been practising the speech for last 2 weeks, my subject was Finnish Sauna, in french Le Sauna Finlandais. I choose this one because the speech was supposed to be related to own countrys culture, and in Finland sauna culture is very strong.

And then the day did come, I was shaky. My voice was bad. I did catch cold too, my nose was blocked and my throat was aching (still is..). And I really thought that I will shake that badly that people will laugh, my face would go red.

When the moment did came, I had prepared my speech so well that I didn't read my notes at all! I did remember whole 15min speech by heart, I had great powerpoint slides to show and videos. And I didnt shake nor go red! or maybe little bit shaky in the beginning but no one did not notice! And I got good comments from teacher, that I didnt make mistakes while speaking and my presentation was super good. And my fellow students told me that it was really great and interesting, that I was first speaker that spoke so good that they understood everything :D

I am so happy! This is what I like from this week.

Sunday

At sunday, we had a lunch with parents in Orange. We had nice day with the family and with tiny walk around the area. I truly love that neighbours horse, he's such a beauty. I heard he is around 30 years old already! He looks so good still, even getting little bit too skinny but the age makes that i guess. He has plenty to eat at the garden. I wish someday i could have a horse like that in my garden and when I look form window, he would be having a nice horselife there.

I Like - Cooking

Today I like cooking and taking cooking pictures. I made some baked potatoes with garlic butter and bacon, seasoned with thyme and pepper.

Baking sunday

Testing the new machine once again, Vanilla Choco Yoghurt. Well, not real vanilla as we didnt have it. So we used vanilla sugar and the taste is not the best. Also the chocolate did stuck only at the top of the yoghurt and not mixed at all. Looks nice, tasted weird.
